When your zipper stops working - the entire garment stops working. Start wearing that style again by repairing the zipper!
There are 2 main problems that make zippers stop working.
- The zipper pull stops working or goes missing. We can replace the zipper pull.
- The teeth of the zipper itself become damaged or misaligned. We need to replace the entire zipper. To replace the entire zipper, we charge differently depending on the length of the zipper. Please pick the needed length from the drop down.
How do you know if the entire zipper needs to be replaced or if just the zipper pull need to be replaced? If the teeth of the zipper are damaged then the entire zipper needs to be replaced.
Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your garment to complete the service and ship it back to you.
Repair, Replace Broken Zippers
This service requires you to mail in your garment. Select whether you will manage inbound shipping yourself or if you'd like us to send you a shipping label.
If you are local to Los Angeles, you can also drop your item off at our studio. Please follow instructions provided in order confirmation email to drop off your items.
Once we receive your item, please allow up to 14 days to complete the service and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs will be added to this order at checkout and are calculated based on your location. If you are picking up, no return shipping costs will be added.
At this time we DO NOT service leather or fur products, handbags, wedding dresses, evening gowns, or any formal suiting attire. If you have questions or aren't sure if your garment applies, please reach out.
