At this time we do NOT service the following:

- Wedding dresses, formal gowns, tuxedos, luxury suiting, or any type of formal wear.

- Shoes, hats, handbags, undergarments, fur or leather products.

- Highly delicate or historical vintage wear.

If more complicated work is required

If your garment requires any specialized work that will cost extra, we will email you a click-to-pay invoice. We accept all types of payment. Once payment is received, we will complete the necessary work.

If you can't or choose not to cover the additional costs, we will complete any basic repairs we can and will ship your garment back to you.

If additional funds are not received within 30 days of receiving the invoice, we will complete any basic repairs we can and will ship your garment back to you.

Limitations to our work

We cannot guarantee exact thread color, fabric color or print matching. If patches or adding additional fabrics are required, we will use fabrics that match the overall look and style of the garment, but won't necessarily be invisible.

We cannot reweave or reknit garments. Holes and tears will be patched with visible mending techniques.

ReDyes - It is nearly impossible to achieve an all-over color redye on pre-worn clothes without spots showing through the new color. Because of this, we don't recommend all-over dyes for pre-worn clothes, and instead recommend colorful treatments, like ombres, tie-dying, splashes and splatters, etc.

This work costs more than what I paid for the item!

Whether you purchased an item for $5 or $500, that's irrelevant to the skilled, US-based labor required to make it fit and perform that way you want. Repairs and alterations are investments into great fitting clothes that serve you best. Think about your investment in terms of cost per wear or cost per compliment received and then it will start making sense :)

Even if you pack and mail in your garment by yourself, we still need to return your garment back to you. So, at checkout, a return shipping fee will be calculated based on your location, unless you choose the drop-off/pick-up service.
