By choosing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We manage the entire process from ordering your service to service completion, ensuring quality at all steps along the way. While we primarily use our in-house team, when demand is higher than our capacity, we may outsource specific services to our community of local tailors and repair specialists located within the Los Angeles region. Circular Fashion LA, SPC stands by the quality and integrity of all work completed, whether in-house or outsourced to our partners.

Communication with our Customers

We aim to continuously improve our services. We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. We suggest reviewing them periodically to stay informed.  Our goal is to keep you informed of the status of your order throughout the entire process via email, including receiving your garment, confirming work to be completed, when work is completed and when the item is ready for pick up or has been shipped back to you.

Requirements of You (our customer)
To ensure a safe working environment for our team, please ONLY send in clean items. We expect all items to arrive clean and ready for handling. If an item is deemed not clean enough for our team to handle safely, we will contact you to offer dry cleaning services for an additional charge or to return the item to you. Additional charges will apply for return shipping.

 

Changing Your Order
• Adding Additional Services: If you would like to request additional services after placing your order, please email us at the address listed above.  If we are able to accommodate your request, we will let you know what additional payment will be required and will email you a click-to-pay invoice

Policy for Correcting work completed:
If you believe your service request was not completed as agreed, please contact us within 21 days of pickup or delivery so we can assess the issue.  We do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests to ensure satisfaction.  Please note that all repairs and patching are visible and we can never guarantee exact color, print, or texture matching.

If the concern is related to the quality of our work, we will adjust it at no additional cost to you. Please note that all repairs and patching are visible and we can never guarantee exact color, print, or texture matching.  Requests made after 21 days will be treated as a new service and will be charged accordingly.

• Refunding Services Not Attempted: If you cancel a service before it starts, we will issue a refund, though shipping and handling costs may be deducted if applicable.

• Handling Unavailable Services: If we cannot perform a requested service, we will refund the charge minus any shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Liability
Circular Fashion LA is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when being shipped to us or returned to you. If you choose to ship items to Circular Fashion LA independently or use our return shipping services, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect your items.

Timeline of Service
We aim to complete all work within 14 days of receiving your item, but cannot guarantee this turnaround time.  If work will take longer than 14 days, we will contact you with the reasons why and the new date of expected completion.  Access to necessary materials, complicated work and unforeseen events can affect this timeline.  We may adjust these terms as necessary and will notify you accordingly to keep you informed.

Force Majeure
Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather may affect our service timelines. In these cases, the usual turnaround times will not apply and we will not be held liable for such delays.
