At this time we DO NOT service leather or fur products, handbags, wedding dresses, evening gowns, or any formal suiting attire, such as tuxedos.  This service is for your everyday clothes, business casual clothes and going out with friends clothes.  If you have questions or aren't sure if your garment applies, please reach out.

Limitations:

• We can't guarantee exact color/print matching for any threads or patches.  All patches will be Visible Mending - meaning that you will most likely be able to see the mending work - it will not be invisible. 

• Reweaving - we do not offer reweaving or reknitting services at this time.  We can still repair the hole in your woven or knit garment, but the mending will be visible.

• Solid-color ReDyes are not possible for post-consumer clothing.  Because post-consumer clothing most often has fabric imperfections, it is NOT possible to redye it a solid, all-over color without spots and variations of color showing.  There will always be spots or areas where the textile does not take the dye the same way as the rest of the fabric, leaving it with variations of color that does NOT allow for solid-color ReDyeing.   Please consider our many other ways of ReDyeing, such as ombre, tie-dye, spots/splashed, bleaching fade, etc.
