Waiver of Liability and Accept Risks
Using needles, scissors, sewing machines, and other sharp objects involves the risk of cutting, poking, or seriously injuring yourself or others. Using clothing dyes involves the risk of staining your clothes.
By participating in our events and activities, you agree to accept all risks involved, assume responsibility for all outcomes, and agree to release Circular Fashion LA, SPC and it’s team members from all liability for personal injury or damage to personal property as a result of this activity.
Children must be supervised
Any children under 10 years old must be kept under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times. Children under 10 years old are NOT recommended to participate in our sewing activities. Children under 5 years old are NOT recommended to participate in our redye activities.
No exact color matching
We cannot guarantee exact thread color or fabric/print matching. We cannot guarantee exact color matching in our dyes. We use Rit Dye Proline in all of our redye activities.
Photography and Video Policy
By participating in our activities, you agree to have your likeness included in our photos and video clips which will be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels and/or print materials.
