Measure around fullest part of your chest.
Measure around narrowest part of your waist - in line with your belly button.
Measure around fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Lift your arms to feel for your shoulder joints then lower your arms. Measure from one shoulder joint, across your back through the base of your neck to other shoulder joint.
Measure from your shoulder joint to your wrist bone.
Flex your arm and measure around fullest part of your bicep (upper arm).
Measure from top of shoulder at the base of your neck down to your belly button.
Measure from top of shoulder at the base of your neck down to the base of your pelvis (crotch point) .
Measure from top of your inner thigh at your crotch down to the top of your foot.
Feel for the top of your hip bone and measure down the outside of your leg to the bottom of your ankle bone.
Measure from the base of your pelvis (crotch point) up to your belly button.
Measure along outside of leg from top of hip bone to top of knee.
Measure around fullest part of thigh, just below the pelvis.
Measure around fullest part of calf (lower leg below the knee).
