A maxi dress can often feel too dramatic to wear out and about everyday. But a tailored jumpsuit fits just about any occassion (casual or dressy) with style. Start wearing those old maxi dresses more often by ReDesigning them into a jumpsuit that's tailored to the right length for you!
This service works for turning skirts into pants as well (does not have to be a dress!)
This is also a great service for those who want to wear jumpsuits, but can never find one that fits properly (for example if you are tall and every jumpsuit is too short in the torso for you to wear comfortably).
Upon completing your order, you'll receive a link to enter your measurements. Using those measurements, we'll place the inseam and crotch point at the right point for your body for the best fit. Please also place a safety pin at your desired crotch point by pulling the front and back of the skirt together at the base of your crotch when wearing the skirt.
Base service of $55 includes:
- tailored fit to your Torso Length/Crotch Point and desired Leg Length.
- redesigned closures as needed (sometimes, we need to add a zipper to ensure easiest on/off experience)
- receive your new jumpsuit within 14 days from when we receive your item!
Turn your maxi dress into a Tailored Custom Jumpsuit
If you are not local to Los Angeles and can't drop off/pick up at our studio, this service requires inbound and outbound shipping.
You will need to ship your garment to us using the shipping service and packaging of your choice. The costs of inbound shipment are your responsibility and we do not reimburse or cover the costs of inbound shipment.
Your outbound (finished garment) shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Upon completing your order, you'll receive instructions and our shipping address to send in your garment for ReDye/Repair service. Please also include your order number or a copy of your order in the package.
Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your garment to complete the ReDye/Repair service before we ship it back to you.
At this time we DO NOT service leather or fur products, handbags, wedding dresses, evening gowns, or any formal suiting attire. If you have questions or aren't sure if your garment applies, please reach out.
Solid-color ReDyes are not possible for post-consumer clothing. Because post-consumer clothing most often has fabric imperfections, it is NOT possible to redye it a solid, all-over color. There will always be spots or areas where the textile does not take the dye the same way as the rest of the fabric, leaving it with variations of color that does NOT allow for solid-color ReDyeing. Please consider our many other ways of ReDyeing, such as ombre, tie-dye, spots/splashed, bleaching fade, etc.
