All items on have been cleaned, inspected to be in like-new condition, and deemed to be a desireable style to the right person.   All items were collected from our events, customers and community members and then laundered before being made available to you!  

Once received, you can keep what you want and send back what you don't.  Note, there are no refunds for items that don't work for you. 

Please simply return items that don't work and understand that the price you pay covers the fact that you are sent clean, quality items that are hand picked just for you by our in-house stylists after they've been sorted, laundered and inspected to be in like-new condition.

For this price you also get an easy and 100% sustainable way to clean out your closets with as much unwanted clothing and textiles as will fit in the return bag.  

You will receive a free, prepaid return shipping label in your Circular Style Bag.

Put any items you don't want back in the bag and fill the remaining space with as much clean clothing as you want to get rid of.  We'll recirculate them to new owners and will recycle what we can't use through our Community Partners, keeping all items out of landfill.

Because you'll reuse the same packaging that was sent to you - there is no annoying packaging to throw away each time!  This means you are participating in true zero-waste fashion!

You will be charged outgoing shipping based on your location at checkout. Return shipping is included in the price and a printed return shipping label is included in the box.

Your first shipment will include 3 curated styles that we'll pick for you based on your size, fit and style preferences that you'll fill out after checkout.  For each following shipment, you will be able to choose whether you'd like to Discover 3 more styles or Repair/ReDesign 1 garment.

Each shipment will include a QR code to leave us feedback and to tell us if you'd like to Discover 3 more styles next month or if you'd prefer to send us 1 garment that needs to be Repaired, Refit, ReDyed and/or ReDesigned so you can love it agin.  Each shipment will also include all instructions needed to send us 1 garment for Repair, ReDesign.  Your newly repaired garment will be sent back to you in the next shipment (or in rare cases of excessive work in a subsequent shipment).  All instructions are provided within each shipment.
